Building Specification

The office buildings are designed specifically for the individual occupier and can be offered complete, or as a 'shell' for the occupier to fit out to their own requirements.

Mains water, drainage, electricity and gas are all connected to the site.

The business park is planned to accommodate individual buildings in sizes 464 – 4,645 sq m (5 – 50,000 sq ft) though larger requirements can be accommodated.

Terms & Finance

Gadbrook Park extends to about 100 acres and adjoins rolling countryside. It is being developed with the individual, ‘tailor made’ buildings, constructed with traditional materials with excellent access and extensive car parking. Each office building is separated from its neighbours with grass mounding and trees. The ratio of buildings to site area is less than 20%. The building programme would be 9 – 12 months. Buildings are available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.

The total floor space constructed on Gadbrook Park is 440,000 sq.ft including Gladman, Willans and the Gadbrook Park Business Centre.
