Barclays Bank to Expand Car Parking at Gadbrook Park

Barclays Bank, who have over 100,000 sq ft in two buildings on Gadbrook Park accommodating about 1,200 people, are to expand further on the site.They have agreed a pre-let on a 156 space surface car park on a 15 year FRI Lease at a commencing rental of £78,000 pa with annual RPI increases.

The Developers, Osborne House, were represented by Fifield Glyn who are themselves based on Gadbrook Park.
