Acting on behalf of Willan Investments, Fifield Glyn have arranged the sale of No. 2 Royal Court, Gadbrook Park, Northwich to Wellington Assets for a consideration of £730,000.

The new, self-contained office building comprising 4,347 sq.ft. together with 16 car spaces was let to Concise IT Ltd. for a Term of 10 years from 16 August 2007 at an Initial Rental of £58,650 pa exclusive.  The deal reflected an Initial Yield of 7½% after costs.
