Carers Federation Move into Brunel Court, Gadbrook Park

The Carers Federation have acquired the ground floor of No. 3 Brunel Court, a self-contained office situated on the 80-acre Gadbrook Park.  The Carers Federation have taken a new 3-year Full Repairing and Insuring Lease at a rent of £9,400 pa.  The Landlords, Kenmore Property Group, were advised by Chartered Surveyors, Fifield Glyn.
